Dan Grande, Managing Director | Commercial Value Generation Lead

Dan is a Managing Director, Commercial Value Generation at GRAPH. Dan has over 10 years of experience as both a strategy consultant and engineering professional. His work focuses on helping find, evaluate, and execute value-creation opportunities for PE-backed portfolio companies.

Before joining GRAPH in 2024, Dan was a Principal at BCG, and prior to that a case team leader at EY-Parthenon. In these roles he has led over 75 commercial diligence and portfolio value-creation projects ranging on a wide variety of commercial topics, including growth strategy, adjacent market entry, pricing, and M&A. Dan's experience to date has focused on companies in the Industrial, Business Service, and Software spaces. Prior to his career in consulting, Dan was a materials engineer at Pratt & Whitney where he led performance enhancement projects for both commercial and military jet engines.

Dan earned an M.B.A. with Highest Distinction, from the Tuck School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Lehigh University.
