Congratulations to American Industrial Partners on Its Pending Acquisition of Veoneer’s Restraint Control Systems Business
GRAPH completed Commercial Due Diligence supporting American Industrial Partners (AIP) in its pending acquisition of Veoneer’s Restraint Control Systems business. Veoneer designs, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art software, hardware and systems for occupant protection, advanced driving assistance systems and collaborative and automated driving for original equipment manufacturers globally. To date, the Veoneer has delivered more than 1 billion electronic control units and crash sensors to car manufacturers globally.
GRAPH’s involvement extends the firm’s expertise in manufacturing component businesses and in the transportation ecosystem. The GRAPH team was led by Jeff Merkle, Mark Stein, Eoghan Bees, and Dan Crochet.
