GRAPH Welcomes Dan Grande to lead Commercial Value Generation in the U.S.

GRAPH welcomes Dan Grande as Managing Director, Commercial Value Generation (CVG), a new executive leadership role in GRAPH’s U.S. business. Dan will be responsible for growing GRAPH’s U.S. CVG line of business, focused on advising private equity-backed portfolio company executives with commercial growth strategy consulting services.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dan to GRAPH. We are looking forward to enhancing the delivery excellence of our Commercial Value Generation practice. Dan will be focused on refining our processes and approach to CVG engagements, further developing and growing the CVG team, and deepening relationships with our clients and their portfolio companies’ leadership teams,” said Mark Stein, founder and Senior Partner at GRAPH. “From day one, our firm’s strategy called for being a mirror image of our private equity clients’ businesses. We’ve spent many years refining a differentiated offering to better support investment teams in their deal-making decisions, and with Dan at the helm of our CVG group, we are taking this same disciplined approach to improving the methods that create the insights that the executives of the portfolio companies need to meet the expectations of LPs and GPs.”

“I am excited to be joining the U.S. GRAPH team, and by the opportunity to lead the CVG line of business. We have a remarkable opportunity to bring GRAPH’s already strong and differentiated approach on commercial topics to many more portfolio companies. Given the current economic environment of the past few years, value generation is top of mind for investors. Portfolio companies need support more than ever – and GRAPH’s deeply rooted perspective that the customer is the best expert is the winning formula. I’m looking forward to meeting GRAPH’s impressive client base, and working to show new clients what GRAPH can do to help grow top lines and improve multiples. GRAPH is an incredible platform, and I am energized by what we are building for the sector,” said Dan Grande, Managing Director, CVG at GRAPH.

Dan has extensive experience working with private equity clients and their portfolio companies to accelerate value-creation. Immediately prior to GRAPH, Dan was at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a member of the Private Equity and Principal Investor (PIPE) practice. Dan’s other experiences include EY-Parthenon in the Private Equity group, and Pratt & Whitney, where he led performance improvement initiatives focused on commercial and military jet engine programs. Dan has an M.B.A from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University.
